What We Need
Corpay is currently looking to hire a Salesforce Developer for our CORPAY division. This position falls under our CORPAY line of business and is located in Nashville, TN. In this role, you will work remotely and as the Salesforce Developer, will work with an agile, cross-functional team of project managers, business stakeholders, and other technical resources to continually enhance Corpay’s integrated Salesforce solution. This individual should have a passion for developing repeatable and scalable solutions to drive continual improvement and increase user satisfaction. The developer should feel comfortable working collaboratively to communicate design options, assist change management, and adhere to governance requirements.

Role Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include:
Serve as a technology lead for Salesforce and communicate/collaborate at a high level with business owners and other technology team members
Collaborate with stakeholders, understand business needs, and assist with requirements to guide implementation
Design and implement repeatable and scalable solutions to fulfill business needs
Work with business stakeholders to enhance/maintain Salesforce digital experience sites (aka communities/portals)
Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, resolve bugs and errors, and implement optimal solutions to resolve issues at the source
Work with external consultants as needed
Own system documentation for Salesforce, its integrations, and ongoing enhancements/updates
Perform other duties as assigned or required; occasional night and weekend work is required
Qualifications & Skills
Two or more years of experience working with Salesforce
College degree in computer science or related field; equivalent hands-on experience will be considered
Or any equivalent combination of education and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the essential functions of this positio
Salesforce developer-focused certifications (nice to have)
Proficiency with Salesforce’s declarative (out of the box) capabilities
Understanding of Salesforce best practices for designing and coding (including unit testing and code review)
Knowledge of Salesforce integration APIs
Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning Web Components, Apex, and Visualforce
Experience with Salesforce digital experience sites (aka communities/portals; nice to have)
Familiarity with Salesforce software development lifecycle, sandbox environment management, and changeset deployment
Experience with DocuSign, Conga, Ardira, Adobe, Outreach, LinkedIn (nice to have
