A healthy work life balance is essential:
- Monday - Friday
- Varying shifts between the hours of 6:00 AM - 7:00 PM
You qualify for this exciting opportunity with:
- Bachelor's Degree not required
- 1-2 years experience in fitness industry, supervisory experience preferred.
- ACE, AFAA, ACSM, NASM, or NSCA certification
- Current CPR/AED and First Aid Certifications (American Red Cross or American Heart Association), in-person skills component required
- Group exercise experience

A day in the life of a Corporate Fitness Works Team Leader:
- Provides superior customer service to members/clients and assists the team in overseeing general facility operations and services
- Develops safe and effective exercise programs; provides general supervision
- Leads new and innovative group exercise classes
- Administers fitness assessments; provides results counseling
- Assists members with reaching their personal fitness goals
- Participates in and gains exposure to a wide variety of fitness center operations, such as safety standards, equipment cleaning and maintenance and facility orientations
- Participates in membership enrollment procedures
- Assists with developing and implementing creative incentive and health promotion programs
- Assists in developing annual program plans to ensure ongoing member engagement
- Interacts with client and members; establishes mutually beneficial relationships
- Contributes to ongoing client communication including; reports and meetings
- Supports ongoing budget management efforts
