Health Fitness Program Coordinator

A healthy work life balance is essential:

• Monday - Friday, rotating opening and closing shifts between 4:30am-9:00pm
• Rotating weekend shifts 7:00am-3:00pm
• You will focus on member engagement, fitness training, program development...and not selling memberships!

You qualify for this exciting opportunity with:

• Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Health Promotion or related field
• 1-2 years experience in fitness industry, supervisory experience 
• ACE, AFAA, ACSM, NASM, or NSCA certification
• Current CPR/AED and First Aid Certifications (American Red Cross or American Heart Association), in-person skills component required

A day in the life of a Corporate Fitness Works Team Leader:

• Creates a warm and friendly environment that fosters an exceptional member experience
• Builds connections with members and anticipates their needs with proactive customer service
• Assists with developing annual program plans and implementing creative incentive and well-being programs to ensure ongoing member engagement
• Contributes to ongoing client communication including; reports and meetings
• Supports ongoing budget management efforts
• Develops customized workout plans for members to help them reach their personal fitness goals
• Leads new and innovative group exercise classes
• Assists the team in overseeing general facility operations
• Demonstrates commitment to professional growth through industry and company involvement and goal setting
• Support CFW Culture and initiatives
