Summary of Essential Duties:

The Manager of Materials and Tooling will be responsible to know and provide oversight for all the following duties but not limited to:

• Design and implement tracking system to optimize inventory control procedures
• Document daily deliveries and shipments to update inventory
• Prepare detailed reports on inventory operations, stock levels and adjustments
• Perform daily analysis to predict potential inventory problems
• Maintain accurate inventory
• Design and implement cycle counting process
• Organize rebalancing of inventory at bases, as required
• Design and Implement Tooling and Calibration program
• Maintain shelf-life program ensuring total compliance
• Recruit and train new employees
• Other tasks as assigned by management

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• A minimum of five (5) years experience in a similar role
• Solid knowledge of data analysis, inventory management software, and forecasting techniques
• Four (4) year degree in an aviation discipline preferred
• Prior leadership experience and/or role in business management preferred
• Ten (10) years experience with inventory roles preferred but not required.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal delivered with tact and professionalism.
• Proficient with computer applications including Microsoft office suite, Quantum, FOS, and CAMP software is a strong plus
• Able to pass an FAA required 10 year work history review and submit to criminal background and fingerprint checks.

• Authorized by law to work in the United States and able to travel in and out of the United States.
