Our company is currently hiring an Office Administrator with strong communication skills that bring energy and excitement to the office. We want you to learn the ins and outs of our company so that you are knowledgeable with customers and can eventually grow into a leadership role.
Office Administrator Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for various members of our leadership team, assisting in special projects as requested to support department priorities, utilizing exceptional follow-up skills
- Organize office functions, company meetings, holiday parties, etc.
- Prepare internal communications such as company announcements, HR policy changes, etc.
- Communicate articulately and professionally with all levels of the organization
- Interact with clients, vendors, and visitors by serving as the face of the company
- Independently manage priorities among supervisors
- Order department supplies, coordinate equipment repair, sort and distribute mail and packages to appropriate parties
- Prepare, organize, and maintain documents and files of a complex or confidential nature
- Other duties as assigned within the scope of the role
Office Administrator Requirements:
- Associate degree preferred; high school diploma required
- 1 years of administrative experience required
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple, simultaneous deadlines

Pay: $52,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
