Enterprise Applications Analyst

The Enterprise Applications Analyst will work autonomously when needed, but also be able to engage as a contributing member of a team to communicate business needs to technical staff and simplify technical information for non-tech users. The ideal candidate will have cloud based data warehousing and data modeling experience. This person will be able to assemble business asks into functional specifications and translate into technical specifications.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide primary functional/technical support for an assigned portfolio of Enterprise applications.
• Elicit requirements, evaluate, and build recommendations, conduct and/or coordinate system changes, prepare test scripts, QA changes, and provide ongoing support for Enterprise applications including proprietary and Cloud SaaS applications.
• Monitor multiple data interfaces and data loads from a variety of sources to ensure timely reporting and analytics needs for both operations and CSC leadership teams.
• Develop and respond to ad hoc query requests for marketing data and analysis.
• Create and edit T-SQL procedures for data loads and data summaries for SSRS reports.
• Administer SSRS reports repository for use in both applications and financial reporting process.
• Assist in creating custom data models/cubes using SSAS & Tableau.
• Work with IT Help Desk to resolve application & data related issues and provide Tier 2 support for end users.
• Ensure consistent application configuration (functionality, versions, access, data syncs, monitoring, etc) end user utilization, reporting, and occasional training to align with company standards and policies.
• Participate in projects on software development lifecycle.
• Escalate tickets with our SaaS vendors and take action on the findings.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• B.A./B.S. in a related field, Information Technology preferred, or an equivalent in education and experience.
• Minimum of 3 or more years of experience in IT Applications analyst or related role.
• Preferred: experience working in the hospitality or retail IT industry.
