WHO YOU ARE

Corra is seeking an Agile Project Manager to join our fast growing team. This role is responsible for leading and managing a cross-functional (including account, creative, strategy and technology) and cross-geographies team that designs and implements ecommerce websites following the Agile methodology (mostly the Scrum framework). The Agile Project Manager will also lead the execution of multiple programs such as our managed services offerings (post-launch support, ongoing enhancements), optimization & creative services.

This position requires technical depth, understanding of the ecommerce ecosystem, software engineering and partnership skills. The Agile Project Manager acts as a true Servant Leader Scrum Master while ensuring that projects stay on time, on budget, and at the high standards of quality for which Corra is known. The person will be a self-starter and team player that possesses the ability to facilitate, exert influence to eliminate roadblocks and drive to delivering value with a high performing team.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Foster a strong Agile culture and regularly assess the team's maturity, health, efficiency and composition
  • Foster and develop strong relationships with your clients and between the members of your team relentlessly striving for high performance
  • Manage multiple ecommerce development and other technical projects/programs simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Drive toward continuous improvement through the analysis of data, and inspect & adapt practices defined in Corra’s delivery process to suit your clients’ specific situation
  • Collaborate with all teams to align on big picture / strategic vision definition and creation of objectives and KPIs 
  • Lead day to day execution to meet the objectives and KPIs  
  • Manage, report on, and forecast project budgets and managed services engagement budgets
  • Own and track profitability metrics and balance them with client satisfaction
  • Make resource allocation decisions to meet our clients’ needs, and department managers’ resource allocation goals
  • Conduct periodic project reviews with key client leadership teams to provide progress updates and plan to key milestones, manage key decisions, and mitigate risks
  • Effectively facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective)

REQUIREMENTS

  • Fluent in—and avid advocate of— Agile best practices and mindset
  • Successfully led teams for 3 years using Scrum
  • A motivational mentor: you keep teams focused on results, growth and actionable feedback
  • Certified CSM/Agile Coach preferred
  • 3 years of experience implementing enterprise-level software platforms such as eCommerce, CMS, ERP, DXP/CX
  • Experience with eCommerce platforms (e.g. Magento, Shopify, etc.) a plus
  • Headless implementation experience a plus
  • Experience managing and leading design centric initiatives a plus
  • Strong command of budget, risk & change management processes
  • Experience managing resource allocation
  • Experience planning & coordinating with multiple third party vendors
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team building skills
  • Must be able to quickly learn, understand and apply new technologies
  • Capable of maintaining a consistent and calm presence for the team during periods of high or low intensity on the project
  • Detail oriented, self-organizing and highly skilled in time management to facilitate involvement in multiple workstreams
  • Comfortable working in an ever changing environment
  • Experience working with remote teams across time zones
  • Fluency in use of Jira and Confluence and familiarity with Project Management tools such as Mavenlink
  • MS Office Suite proficiency required
