Corrales Teas & Chocolates in Corrales, NM is looking for a self driven creative person to join our team. We are located on 3923 Corrales Rd. Our ideal candidate is ambitious, and reliable. We would love to find someone who can work 2- 3 days a week to start to set up and run our catering and tea service. create a menu. order and maintain food for high tea menu and help in the kitchen for main service menu.
Responsibilities
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Chop vegetables, prepare sauces and other food preparation.
- Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
- Clean up station and take care of leftover food
- Stock inventory
- Dishes
- Cleaning
- Making drinks
Qualifications
- Cooking experience or Back of the House experience preferred
- Able to meet all scheduling commitments
- Able to anticipate needs of others in the kitchen and proactively work to meet those needs
- Strong attention to detail
