Position Summary:
The Receptionist provides general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks. The receptionist will be receiving guests at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing, and announcing them appropriately. The receptionist will be responsible for professionally answering incoming calls and directing calls to appropriate associates. The receptionist will assist office/clinical staff with special projects, mailings and requests, as needed.
Required Experience for Receptionist:
- Possession of high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- One year of relevant experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Compliance with accepted professional standards and practices
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Flexible, cooperative, and optimistic in fulfilling all obligations which supports team performance and productivity
- Present professional appearance/dress
Accountabilities for Receptionist:
- Resilient Communication: Ability to consistently and effectively communicate with CorsoCare employees and customers
- Relationship Development: Creating relationships honest conversations, and following through on action items
- Ensure the front desk welcomes guests positively and executes all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards
