Overview

CORT Furniture Rental is hiring immediately for a Seasonal Dispatch Administrator in Moorestown, NJ !

We're seeking an experienced call center and / or dispatch representative! Our Centralized Dispatch Team is currently overseeing the route planning and execution for a growing number of our nationwide district operations.

As a seasonal dispatch admin, you will provide administrative and operational support to CORT's centralized dispatch team.

Pay : $21 per hour

Schedule : Monday to Friday 9am-6pm. Overtime opportunities available.

Note : This position is urgent and will and last through mid-October.

Responsibilities

  • Assist current team with admin functions.
  • Email and Phone support as advised by manager.
  • Send system generated 24hrs call ahead.
  • Respond to calls from CORT customer support and sales teams.
  • Provide quick system-related support.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have some or all the below skills / background experience :

  • Previous employment working in a high-volume call center
  • 3-5 years of customer service experience
  • Utilization of Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Technical savviness with software and email (typing in excess of 40wpm)
  • The ability to multitask is a must
