In this role with Client, you will serve as the primary customer contact for your assigned account and ensure all customer needs and expectations are met. You will respond to inbound customer and staff calls and emails regarding service or emergency conditions, repairs and preventive maintenance. You will assist other customer service associates with administrative duties. You will communicate with site leadership, functional support, agency and tenants to resolve customer issues. You will support computer maintenance management system (CMMS) data entry, monitor ticket status for compliance with the service level agreement and resolve discrepancies.

- Accurate, complete and timely entry into the Maximo Work Order Module
- Generate reports or export data from CMMS
- Other duties as assigned
- High School Diploma, or GED
- Required to pass the HSPD-12 background check (will require finger printing)
- 1 year of direct customer facing dispatching experience
- Two (2) or more years of Computer software applications experience
- Two (2) or more years of Office experience and data entry
- Type 60-80 WPM
- Must be fluent in English
- Must have a valid driver’s license and ability to report to work onsite daily Monday through Friday
- Must comply with Federal Vaccination Mandate

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, i.e., Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Must have attention to detail, strong analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Possess the versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work with constantly changing priorities
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress, offering solutions to resolve issues
- Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of individuals, including executives, managers, and subject matter experts
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively to meet deadlines
