The QA Operator will be responsible to liaise with Operations to ensure a safe wholesome finished product, which meets customer’s specifications.
What to know about this QA Operator role:
- Weekly Pay
- $19.00 per hour
- Shift: 20:00pm to 7:00am, Mon – Fri; some Saturdays required depending on workload.
Overview of the QA Operator role:
- Monitor activities to ensure compliance to all standards of LQMS.
- Work with QA Supervisor, Leads and Staff to foster and develop programs to assist all employees in the completion of their duties, especially regarding Quality.
- Works Plant wide to ensure that product integrity, from a microbiological and analytical standpoint, is protected
- Utilize laboratory supplies/items relating to plant sanitation/safety

- Able to multi-task in fast paced environment with limited supervision
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work alone as well as with a team
- Extremely attentive to detail
- Analytical problem solving / root cause analysis skills
- Excellent organizational skills with a high degree of initiative and flexibility
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 6 months quality assurance or lab experience in food, or related manufacturing operations.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- 1 plus years’ Quality experience in a manufacturing environment preferably in a Dairy or related food plant manufacturing operations
- Associates Degree in Science related field
