The Project Manager is responsible for planning, scheduling and coordinating large-scale, branding/signage project. The Project Manager acts as a single interface point for clients, project teams, and vendor. The Project Manager ensures program scope is in line with enterprise goals as is the focal point for ensuring projects are delivered on-time and meeting business objectives. Oversees all aspects of project. Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project. Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
1. Plan, schedule and manage large-scale, signage project. Seek multiple department input throughout the project.
2. Provide coordination between signage vendor, properties dept, change management and terminal management.
3. Coordinate installs/de-installs with signage vendor for multiple field terminal locations.
4. Obtain signage proofs from vendor and seek approval from appropriate departments
5. Track each project details for each signage install and de-install
6. Ensure landlord approvals are obtained for leased properties.
7. Utilize accepted project management techniques to develop and maintain project plans and manage project
quality.
8. Manage project budgets and authorizations for expenditures.
9. Complete projects on time and within budget guidelines to ensure company and project objectives are achieved.
10. Identify and coordinate opportunities for the implementation of best practices, process improvements.
11. Additional properties related tasks, as needed.
REQUIREMENTS
1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
2. At least two years’ experience managing large-scale projects.
3. Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
4. Strong organizational and leadership skills.
5. Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
