Corteva Agriscience is looking for an innovative, energetic, and transformational Enterprise Change Management/Organization Readiness Consultant.
The Enterprise Change Management/Organization Readiness Consultant will be a key member of the Strategy Organization Strategic Enablement team, leading and supporting Change Management and Strategic Enablement efforts in collaboration with Business Unit and Functional leaders and teams across Corteva.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities - What you will do to help us grow!
- Support the continued development of Corteva's -Organization Readiness capability and competency, which will include supporting and delivering training sessions with leadership and project teams.
- Partner with and advice Tier 1 project teams on change management strategy and planning by applying Corteva's Change Management methodology and best practices to their project efforts; serving as the ongoing Organization Readiness advisor and thought partner for Tier 1 teams.
- Plan and support the delivery of the quarterly Tier 1 Project Forum; a collaborative meeting which brings together Tier 1 project team leads and change leads to enable their project execution efforts.
- Support the growth of Corteva's Change-as-a-Service resourcing model by collaborating with Tier 1 project teams and our service partner on resource demand planning and prioritization, contract management, and resource allocation and management.
- Manage and maintain current Corteva's Change Management resources, assets, tools and SharePoint site.
- Support the development of a Change Management Measurement strategy that will be adopted by Tier 1 project teams to measure effectiveness of change management efforts.
- Own and manage the quarterly Enterprise Events Calendar, which requires collaboration with stakeholders across the organization to understand key events to include on the calendar.
- Collaborate with the Connector's Network Lead and Connector's Cohort Leaders to ensure Corteva Connectors are being engaged and utilized in support of priority change management initiatives.
- Develop a comprehensive Corteva Stakeholder Inventory.
- Build and maintain relationships with project and change management leaders across the organization.
Qualifications
Experience and Education – What you'll bring to the table!
- Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree preferred.
- 7 years of experience leading organizational readiness/change management, or related initiatives in a global organization with a strong record of cross-team collaboration.
- Ability to coach and advise project leaders to be effective change leaders, sponsors, and communicators.
- Ability to work with and influence stakeholders up, down, and across the organization.
- Excellent written and verbal communications with various audiences, with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to lead, take action and provide direction in the face of complex problems.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to confidently express a point of view and influencing change.
- Experience with standard tools and methodologies in change management (e.g., PROSCI) and project management.
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365 tools, especially PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint.
