Job Posting for Director of Maintenance at Cortland Park Rehabilitation & Nursing

Nursing home seeks a Maintenace Director! If you have some basic expierence with facilities maintenance we can teach you the ropes.

Basic plumbing experience helpful !

As the Director of Maintenance you will manage a two person department .

Responsibilities and Duties

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the interior and exterior maintenance of the building which consists of the main building and grounds.
  • Manage departmental tasks .
  • Must be able to respond to facility off hours if needed.

Qualifications and Skills

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma
  • Some Experience in building maintenance
