CorTrust Bank is seeking a full-time (40 hours/week) Credit Analyst to support our Twin Cities market!

As a Credit Analyst, incumbents will support CorTrust's mission and business objectives by working with a diversified portfolio of loan types and write up loan requests for current and potential borrowers. They will gather and analyze financial data to determine advisability of granting credit.
Daily duties for this position:
- Skillfully analyze current, historical, and projected financial trends and repayment capacity for a variety of operating companies.
- Research and assess credit risk factors.
- Recommend loan structure, pricing, and additional credit facilities available for up sell to the lender and develop alternative solutions to complex credit portfolios.
- Prepare, spread, and analyze tax returns and a variety of financial statements.
- Partner with Credit Analyst Manager to prepare and present content and analysis to Loan Officers and Loan Committee for use in making, reviewing, amending, renewing, and extending lending decisions.
- Complete credit analysis efficiently and accurately.

- Writes and speaks clearly and informatively and presents numerical data effectively.
- Experience in analyzing financial statements and/or tax returns preferred.
- Degree in finance or accounting preferred but not required.
