Investment Advisory Practice Lead

As digital transformation continues to impact global industries, Corvid is launching an investment advisory practice and seeking an Investment Lead to launch the group. Our growing customer base includes the Department of Defense, NASCAR, the Olympic teams, and several universities.

The Lead would report directly to the CFO and  analyze and execute investment strategies in conjunction with the CFO and CEO. Specific near-term priorities and areas of interest are: 

• Mergers and Acquisitions
  • Pre-merger due diligence and price negotiations
  • Investment due diligence
  • Post-merger integration
• Acquisition and disposition of assets
  • Evaluation of own vs. lease metrics
• Developing exit strategies for certain mature business lines
• Investigating initial public offerings and other sources of capital for scaling entities and product lines 
• Working with the go-to-market teams to align branding, messaging, and pricing for division optimization 
• Treasury analysis, debt to equity ratio analysis, and working with senior lenders on various treasure instruments

Who we want:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics; MBA or Master’s degree preferred
• Relevant professional or academic experience connecting various business disciplines to create and execute strategic objectives
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and fluid work environment
