What are we looking for
At Cosentino (www.cosentino.com) we are looking for a Cut to Size Specialist located in Miami, who will have the opportunity to work in a multinational environment, in full expansion, surrounded by numerous challenging projects that you can be part of.
What you will do
A specialist in anything related to Cut to Size:
Technical support:
- Order processing.
- Orders supervision.
- Order processing for special CTS orders and help in facilitating new ordering processes for special CTS orders.
- Internal coordination/supervision.
- Communication to coordinate needs with other areas/depts (Logistics/Planning, Production, Quality, Technical office in HQ Spain)
- External coordination/supervision.
Customers:
- Collecting specific requirements.
- Clarifying technical doubts and looking for technical solutions based on their needs.
About the Sales Team:
- Order pipeline analysis and logistics follow up
- Communication with operations teams to support specialty orders.
What you need to succeed
Professional Experience
2-4 years of order processing, SAP, and project management.
Knowledge
Work with Digital tools. Superior knowledge as a user of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
