JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Creating listings on OfferUp, Ebay, Facebook and other social media
- Provide order statuses and occasional troubleshooting assistance for customer orders
- Selling/Upselling large kitchen appliances (ranges, range hoods, refrigerators, cooktops, wall ovens, etc.)
- Responding to customer inquiries about our products/services via phone, text, and chat
- Process Transactions and Maintain accurate records (i.e sales reports, billing invoices, expense reimbursement forms, etc.)
- Hands-on with demonstrating product features to customers and ensuring all products are complete with parts before customers pick up
- Maintain knowledge of merchandise lines, product features, product benefits and availability
- Cold calling and emailing
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or equivalent (REQUIRED)
- Experience in Customer Service (2 years preferred)
- Sales Experience (2 years preferred but not required)
- Comfortable lifting 50 lbs or more
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills
- Proficient in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel (plus but not required)
SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday, 9AM – 5:30PM
