Responsibilities and Essential Functions:

  • Invoice / Credit Memo/ File Claims/ Data Entry
  • Assist with general accounts receivable/payable procedures using QuickBooks software (invoicing, issuing credit memos, remittance auditing)
  • Provide support with bank and credit card reconciliation
  • Assist with collection calls to customers
  • Process received payments from customers
  • Deal with shipping carriers on invoices/disputes

Qualifications:

  • Accounting/ Clerical Experience **Willing to Train**
  • Computer Savvy
  • Discretion and Management of Confidential/Sensitive Information
  • Great Attention to Detail
  • Excellent Organizational and Analytical Skills
  • Proficient in MS Office, MS Excel, QuickBooks (QuickBooks Pro)

Language:

  • English
  • Mandarin (Preferred)

Schedule: Monday-Friday 9AM-5:30PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Physical Setting:

  • Office

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Montclair, CA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred)
  • QuickBooks: 1 year (Preferred)
