We are looking for a Shipping Clerk who can provide superb customer satisfaction to join our growing family. He/she will accurately and efficiently act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems of our valued customers.

Job Role and Responsibilities:
- Creating shipping documents
- Record shipment data, (i.e. weight, charges, space availability, damages and discrepancies) for recordkeeping purposes
- Communicating with Vendors (i.e. Estes, USF Reddaway, YRC),
- Coordinate with Warehouse on prioritizing Orders (i.e. checking order status, cancelling orders, troubleshooting shipment related issues, etc.…)
Qualifications:
- Excellent ATTENTION TO DETAIL
- High School Diploma/GED (Required)
- Warehouse Shipping Experience (2 years preferred)
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Office, Outlook, and Google Sheets

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
