CosmoProf Beauty Supply is looking for a Sales Associate to join our team!

About the position:

The Sales Associate is responsible for selling CosmoProf Beauty Supply products to new and existing customers. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a high level of customer service and sales skills, while maintaining a positive attitude toward one another and toward the store management. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, sales skills, and communication.

Essential duties include:

• Greeting customers and answer any questions about the position.
• Set up new customer appointments in our app.
• Sell products by asking customers about them, answering any questions about the products, or looking for new products that we should carry.
• Maintain store cleanliness.
• Maintain positive customer interactions by greeting customers in the store or at phone calls or emails when they come in.
• Develop and present sales presentations that motivate customers to buy more or more expensive items.
• Testify about new product launches by describing them in detail to customers who have already bought the product.
• Testify about product quality issues by describing them to customers who have already bought the product.
• Cooperate with store management by following directions and not working on products that you are not qualified to sell.
• Other duties as assigned.

About you:

• You enjoy selling luxury products and services.
• You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and you can listen well enough to understand customer requests or problems. You also have excellent time management skills because you always manage your schedule carefully and meet deadlines for projects.
• You’re self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented – without you, our stores would never succeed! You follow instructions no matter who you are talking to, but you also have the freedom to leave feedback when needed on how something should be improved. You’re also a great team player who can work well under pressure and solve problems quickly. You enjoy meeting new people every day, so it’s important that you feel comfortable talking with customers at check-in or in the store. We look forward to having you as part of our team!

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
