We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced applications developer with C# and/or C proficiency to join our team. As an Applications Developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting solutions that meet our organization's needs. You will work closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to understand requirements, provide technical expertise, and deliver solutions that optimize their platform. Developers with experience in banking environments are preferred.
This position offers long-term career security & excellent benefits. Onsite presence will be required at least 4 days/week.
Responsibilities:
Application Solution Design: Collaborate with business stakeholders and project teams to gather requirements and design solutions that align with the organization's needs. Create technical specifications, workflows, and integrations to achieve seamless document management and business process automation.
Application Implementation: Lead the development and implementation of solutions, including configuration, customizations, scripting, and integration with other enterprise systems. Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and adhere to industry best practices.
Upgrade Management: Plan, execute, and oversee upgrades to ensure the system stays current and up-to-date with the latest features, security patches, and enhancements.
Technical Troubleshooting and Support: Provide expert-level technical support and troubleshoot complex issues related to the platform. Collaborate with the IT support team to resolve incidents promptly and efficiently.
Security and Compliance: Ensure solutions meet the organization's security and compliance requirements. Implement access controls, data encryption, and data retention policies to protect sensitive information.
Documentation and Training: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for solutions, including design, configuration, and troubleshooting guides. Conduct training sessions for end-users and IT teams to enhance their understanding of the platform.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest features, upgrades, and industry trends. Propose and implement improvements to existing solutions to optimize performance and user experience continually.
Collaboration and Leadership: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, system administrators, and project managers, to deliver successful projects. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
