As a key contributor, a project manager is responsible for coordinating resources, scheduling, planning, and executing construction projects with minimal supervision. Location: Jackson, WI
Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 5:00pm
Employment Type: Direct hire; exempt
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate all project aspects, spanning varying levels of complexity from award to project completion. Develop project installation plans, manages them, and implement job procedures.
- Effectively translates and communicates project requirements from the customer to the project team and wider organization as and when required, and maintains accurate and up to date records of job status, job changes, material flow and other control records necessary for processing of internal and external reports.
- Create, implement, maintain, and oversee project schedules using Microsoft Project, ensuring the execution of project timelines.
- Identify potential project risks and develop/implement strategies to minimize their impact and control deviations from estimated costs and project deadlines.
- Proactively communicate project schedules, project change proposals and related activities with customers striving to continuously enhance customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate the procurement of materials, supplies, and services necessary for the timely and cost-effective completion of projects within budget.
- Establish project milestones and analyzes costs, reviewing actual vs. estimated job costs to provide timely and accurate project cost reports. Identify reasons for low productivity or delays and adjust project plans and cost estimates as needed to meet financial goals.
- Manage the execution and review of all scope of work, terms and conditions in customer contracts, including cost control, delivery fulfillment, and quality of service, addressing other customer requirements as they arise.
- Travel to job sites (by car or airplane) or other satellite offices, as requested or required.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.
Knowledge and Skill

- Moderate to advanced construction project management experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Project.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Experience in one or more of the following industries: themed construction, architecture, structure, or landscape architecture/design.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience.

Work Environment
- Exposed to a typical office environment with a moderate noise level. Occasional trips to manufacturing areas may be required.
