Maintenance Coordinator

Supervisory Responsibilities:
- None.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Maintains various reporting systems and ensuring that documentation is accurate and timely.
- Troubleshoots issues to determine necessary repairs.
- Assists with upkeep of the facilities.
- Orders supplies and materials needed for repairs and maintenance.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Demonstrates proficiency with use of computer and various database programs—including Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to follow instructions.
- Organizational and time management skills.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- On-the-job training offered.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Must be physically able to climb ladders, bend, or crawl.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
- Must be able to work in various weather and temperature conditions.
