DESCRIPTION
The Consumer Marketing Specialist partners with the Consumer Marketing Manager to ideate, develop and implement 360 marketing campaigns that strengthen brand equity, interest, and demand. The Specialist will support to Elevate Costa Farms marketing programs into a best-in-class digital storytelling platform. This role will be the marketplace eyes and ears for new opportunities to drive O2O innovation for Costa Farms
DUTIES
Partner to perform market research, ongoing business tracking, and monitor and analyze brand health and key performance metrics, providing regular updates and analysis and proposing modifications as identified by business needs
Utilize and interpret audience research and competitor and industry insights to drive strategy development and in-market execution
Write and communicate briefs for use by internal teams and external partners that distill customer insights, business objectives, and success criteria into actionable creative development
Work with all channel owners (CRM, social media, paid media, etc.) to develop campaign plans and asset specifications that will bring the brand to life across all channels
Experience managing the development, implementation, and maintenance of robust brand guidelines and standards
Experience developing and managing brand campaigns and large-scale media oversight
Identify and refine target audience(s), regularly monitoring relevance of that target and identifying strategies and tactics to engage and connect our brands to our consumers
Inspire active and enthusiastic communities: develop our brand voice for digital, pitching content ideas, building editorial calendars, cultivating and growing influencer relationships, creating brand partnership programs, and actively monitoring/participating in online conversations to build brand visibility, engagement and ultimately drive sales.

Associate degree in administration, business, or Marketing- Ability to work with Microsoft programs (excel, power point, word)
- At least 1 year of consumer marketing experience or related experience
- Excellent communication skills

It is a hybrid role. Must be able to commute to and from the office 2-3 times a week.
