Position: Sales Manager

Salary Range: $66,500 - $69,000

As we continue to grow, we're seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to drive success in executing SMERF contracts and contribute to our flourishing team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients interested in SMERF.
  • Negotiate and secure contracts that align with the property's goals and revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with the events and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of SMERF events.
  • Drive sales growth through proactive outreach and innovative strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to execute BEO’s.
  • Knowledge in Tripleseat and AutoClerk is a plus.
  • Familiarity with SMERF contracts and event planning.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Weekend availability as determined by business needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $66,500.00 - $69,000.00 per year
