The Custodial Coordinator position provides custodial services and completes general upkeep for all areas of the corporate campus in Issaquah, WA. Position is Monday - Friday occasional weekends swing shift hours. Competitive pay.

Job Duties/Essential Functions

• Cleans floors, offices, kitchens, restrooms and delis. Operates custodial trade standard equipment.
• Empties trash from designated areas throughout the campus each night. Operates garbage and cardboard compactors.
• Stocks all supplies in proper dispensers and restroom/gym locations.

Required or recommended experience, skill, education, etc:

• Approachable, friendly, customer service oriented personality.
• Able to work with all levels of employees, supervisors and managers.
• Flexibility to deal with multiple responsibilities and projects.
• Mechanical aptitude and/or working knowledge of custodial trade standards and processes a plus, but not required.
• Ability to operate equipment or machinery such as hand trucks, pallet jacks, ladders, etc. helpful.
