We are looking for an experienced Optometrist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive eye care services to our patients, including eye exams, contact lens fittings, and prescribing eyeglasses and contact lenses. The Optometrist will also be responsible for educating patients on proper eye care and providing referrals to other healthcare professionals when necessary. We are looking for an individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others.
Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive eye exams.
- Prescribe corrective lenses and contact lenses.
- Perform diagnostic tests to detect vision problems.
- Educate patients on proper eye care and preventive measures.
- Counsel patients on the effects of lifestyle choices on their vision health.
- Analyze test results and diagnose vision problems.
- Refer patients to other medical professionals when necessary.
