Mount Laurel-based Plaintiff's Employment Litigation Firm is looking for a full-time, conscientious, organized, articulate paralegal to add to our growing team.
Candidate will have the following qualifications and skills:
- Three to Five (3-5) years of civil litigation paralegal experience;
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal);
- Excellent Organizational/prioritization and time management skills;
- Must have the ability to prioritize and proactively manage a large case load;
- Ability to work independently, with mentoring;
- Ability to work overtime as needed;
- Commitment to working with a diversity of client population.
Responsibilities of the Paralegal position include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting in gathering, drafting and reviewing discovery responses;
- Managing day-to-day activities with assigned matters;
- Assisting with Drafting Motions;
- Assisting with (and occasionally attending) Deposition, Mediation and Trial Preparations;
- Review and Digest Deposition Transcripts and Medical Records;
- Meeting with clients to review and digest discovery and documents.
