As an HVAC Service Technician, we are looking for someone with experience or who would like to learn about installation, service and maintenance of heating and cooling systems, oil heat, propane and heat pumps. Our ideal candidate will have good communication skills, ability to diagnose, repair and problem solve as well as a willingness and ability to continue to learn and maintain licensing. A self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail is important. Our team members must be able to pass a post offer, pre-employment physical, have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation as well as a high school diploma or equivalent. Although we would prefer both VT and NH licensing and NORA/CETP certification, we are willing to train. Cota & Cota will help you obtain licensing and we offer in house classes and training on site. Once trained and licensed, you would be required to participate in a rotating on-call for after-hours coverage, additional compensation to go with on-call.
