JOB SUMMARY
This position reports to the Division Order Manager.The Data Entry Specialist is responsible for maintaining the Name and Address system in P2 Land, maintaining EFT/banking information, and responding to owner inquiries.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for creating and maintaining owner information within the Name and Address system in P2 Land, which is comprised of new party creations, EFT/banking information setup and updates and change of address requests for the company
Effectively and cooperatively interfaces with other departments within the company, including but not limited to, the Business Units and Accounting
Assist in maintaining and managing the Land Administration digital & physical files
Perform any other duties assigned or required to meet the objectives of the position, including P2 Land Special Projects & data audits
Respond to Working Interest Owner and Royalty Owner inquiries to resolve any issues regarding changes of address, EFT banking information, name change in a timely and professional manner
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
1-3 years of experience in the oil and gas industry working in a professional setting
Superior accuracy, attention to detail and time management skills
Some experience with a land management software system, preferably Tobin Land System or P2 Land
Proficiency in Microsoft Office preferred, specifically Excel and Word.
Must be goal oriented, approaching projects with a sense of urgency and drive
Must be a team player who possesses the ability to adapt to new technologies, workflows and processes
Ability to adapt and work within various peripheral and analytical software applications, such as DocuSign, DocuWare, and Hyland OnBase and Microsoft Dynamics

WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMAND
Work is typically performed indoors in an office environment. Incumbents must be able to perform work which includes typing, sitting and standing. In the event that incumbent visits operations worksite, personal protection equipment, including head protection, hearing protection, safety glasses, safety shoes, and flame resistant clothing is required. Safety rules including OSHA and DOT requirements are strictly enforced. Employees must be willing to travel and work extended hours on short notice.
