Looking for an organized, experienced Trainer to join our team. The Trainer will be responsible for evaluating our needs and current practices, collaborating with the team and developing the materials, tutorials, and other learning resources. The ideal candidate will be a confident present, public speaker and devoted to educating our employees.
Principal Responsibilities and Essential Duties:
- Assist in developing and maintaining materials used in Cotiviti’s training systems, including new hire and ongoing classroom training in rapidly changing environment.
- Deliver classroom and WebEx training sessions to new and seasoned employees of Cotiviti, up to 36 hours per week.
- Exercise a great deal of judgement and discretion to assess learner retention and change your style to ensure learner success.
- Monitor and report student performance while maintaining adequate production and quality levels through tracked metrics.
- Update relevant process guides as instructed.
- Complete all responsibilities as outlined on annual Performance Plan.
- Complete all special projects and other duties as assigned.
- Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
Requirements:
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience training others required.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience at Cotiviti preferred.
- Experience training large and small groups of people, reading/evaluating the audience, and changing you approach to ensure learner success.
- Basic knowledge of learning theory and application required.
- Advanced knowledge in all subject matter being trained.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Power Point, Excel, and Outlook required with excellent presentation skills, both written and verbal.
