Position Details
- Manager ensures that outpatient department operates efficiently and professionally while providing a high standard of patient satisfaction.
- Manager ensures outpatient programs are compliant with all laws, rules and regulations of federal and state licensing agencies, as well as TJC standards for quality care.
- Monitors patient volumes and quality of care to identify areas for improvement. Manager oversees the work performance of the outpatient staff.
- Demonstrates the ability to problem-solve and make day to day decisions regarding department operations.
- Leads and directs the work of others while reporting to the outpatient director.
- Maintains staff schedule. Monitors and records attendance including tardiness and absences.
- Provides leadership, guidance, and training to new employees.
Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age, graduate from an accredited program of professional training.
- Must be licensed in Kansas at the masters level as an LMSW, LSCSW, LCP, LCPC, LMLP, LPC, LMFT, or LCMFT.
Salary : $38,200 - $48,400
