Job Posting for Title Assistant at Cottonwood Title Insurance Agency

Responsibilities:

  • Typing residential and commercial property titles/updates with both speed and accuracy
  • Entering new orders into company system
  • Proofreading legal descriptions and correcting errors
  • Assisting title officers as needed

Requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent

Skills:

  • 60 WPM with excellent accuracy
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office including but not limited to Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to read and type lengthy legal descriptions
  • Ability to prioritize, organize, and multi-task in a fast paced environment
  • Team-first mentality
  • Knowledge of title and or real estate a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
