In an effort to continually drive ecommerce performance and share at Coty, we seek a Digital Manager, Planning & Analysis to join the Ecommerce US team. Alongside another Manager, Planning & Analysis and Digital Strategy & Insights Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving understanding and visibility of ecommerce performance against key KPIs and deliver ongoing strategy.

The Manager, Planning & Analysis will be a well-rounded commercial professional with experience in delivering complex data into transformative insights that will shape ongoing Ecommerce strategy. The successful candidate will be confident in not only in managing complex data sets across multiple sources but the delivery of insights in a clear concise manner.

The Manager, Planning & Analysis will report into the Strategy & Insights Director with a strong collaboration with across all Ecommerce teams- Sales, Amazon, Media and Content.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Subject matter expert on ecommerce Consumer Beauty data set across a suite of tools to deliver and present robust and actionable insights to wider business.
• Support Ecommerce sales team by reporting on (but not limited to) sell-out, market share, digital media and content performance on weekly/monthly quarterly basis
  • Translating complex data set into clear, easy-to-understand insights, communicating verbally and visually through compelling written and visual documents.
  • Ensure processes, tools and documentation are in place to support efficient and consistent analysis across teams.
• Partner closely with the Amazon team on compiling and reporting on key KPI metrics and delivering internal and external strategy routed in data
  • Deliver new and improved data tools and visualization to aid in business planning and operations.
• Data quality and cleansing updates.
• Support Indirect Ecommerce VP on key ad hoc reporting for internal and external purposes.
• Cross functional working with key omni stakeholders such as Sales, Finance and Trade Marketing.

We'd love to see candidates who have:

Essential:

• 2-4 years of related Data & Insights, Trade Marketing or Sales experience.
• Data and Insights literate with strong advanced proficiency in excel.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, with expectation to deliver to all levels of organization.
• Must be autonomous, decisive, strategic thinker, with an eye for detail.
• Must be team-player with ability to work cross-functionally.
• Exceptional time management and prioritization skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable:

• Experience in Ecommerce and/or Amazon.
• Power BI design and building capabilities.
• Beauty industry experience preferred.
• MBA a plus.

Base Salary Range: $95,000 - $115,000
