Facility Associate at the Counseling Service of Addison County

Join our dynamic team as a Facility Associate at The Counseling Service of Addison County (CSAC).
Position Overview
As the Facility Associate, you will have a key role of providing a range of building maintenance and repairs in CSAC’s operations.
Your efforts will directly contribute to maintaining and enhancing services.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete planned building repairs and maintenance
- Respond to work requests affecting building operations
- Assist Facilities Manger as needed / directed
Qualifications
- High School degree or technical certificate with three or more year’s construction and / or property maintenance experience.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills and listening abilities.
- Strong customer service skills
- Good knowledge of building maintenance and possess good general craftsman / handyman , trouble shooting and diagnostic skills.
- Knowledge of mechanical and building systems.
- Good organizational and record keeping skills.
