What are the responsibilities and job description for the Field Office Coordinator position at Counter Craft?
CounterCraft was created to address a need expressed by the foodservice industry for innovative, high-end serving counters. Our mission is to become the preferred provider of profitable food service solutions to a select group of prestigious companies and institutions around the world. We are currently looking for a Field Office Coordinator to join our team!
R*OLE AND R*ESPONSIBILITIES
- Work directly with the PMs and Installation Coordinator to schedule installation and servicing of counters
- Receive maintenance and warranty calls and schedule field teams to resolve any issues
- Speak with General Contractors regularly for on-site status
- Schedule teams to get field dimensions and upload for the Engineering department
- Update Salesforce with any updates from the General Contractors regarding projects and any other information critical to all departments
- Manage multiple reports in Salesforce for all projects
- Coordinate with multiple subcontractors in order to complete projects
- Ensure field teams have everything they need in order to complete site visits, installations, maintenance, etc.
- Assist with other duties as assigned
Q*UALIFICATIONS AND E*DUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma/GED
- Valid Driver’s License
P*REFERRED S*KILLS
- Experience in Salesforce software preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently and cross-functionally
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize projects in a changing environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
