What are the responsibilities and job description for the Field Office Coordinator position at Counter Craft?

CounterCraft was created to address a need expressed by the foodservice industry for innovative, high-end serving counters. Our mission is to become the preferred provider of profitable food service solutions to a select group of prestigious companies and institutions around the world. We are currently looking for a Field Office Coordinator to join our team!

R*OLE AND R*ESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work directly with the PMs and Installation Coordinator to schedule installation and servicing of counters
  • Receive maintenance and warranty calls and schedule field teams to resolve any issues
  • Speak with General Contractors regularly for on-site status
  • Schedule teams to get field dimensions and upload for the Engineering department
  • Update Salesforce with any updates from the General Contractors regarding projects and any other information critical to all departments
  • Manage multiple reports in Salesforce for all projects
  • Coordinate with multiple subcontractors in order to complete projects
  • Ensure field teams have everything they need in order to complete site visits, installations, maintenance, etc.
  • Assist with other duties as assigned

Q*UALIFICATIONS AND E*DUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Valid Driver’s License

P*REFERRED S*KILLS

  • Experience in Salesforce software preferred but not required
  • Ability to work independently and cross-functionally
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize projects in a changing environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Overtime

Experience:

  • Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Administrative experience: 1 year (Preferred)
