Position Summary: This position will be responsible for their assigned manufacturing process. They will provide detailed technical CAD drawings per customer specifications for both internal and external use. This includes, but is not limited to, sheet metal, formed, milled, and welded parts and assemblies. Collaborate with the Sales, Quoting, Engineering and Programming department to develop prints. Export files to be used in the programming of punches and lasers.

· Actively produce detailed CAD drawings of parts and assemblies for use on shop floor
· Identify opportunities and implementing changes that improve products and processes using knowledge of fabrication, tooling and equipment, assembly methods, quality control standards, or product design, materials, and parts.
· Ability to collaborate with others and effectively communicate with the shop floor and supporting groups to advance company initiatives.
· General GDT knowledge.
· Detail oriented and self-motivated.
· Flexible and willing to engage.
· Review and Complete documented “Standard Work”

Education/Experience:
· Minimum Requirements of:
o 2-year drafting degree preferred
o 2 years of experience working within the related manufacturing process
o Proficient with Excel, Auto CAD and Solid Works

· Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Write routine reports and correspondence. Speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.

Mathematical Ability:
