Housekeeping Supervisor

*Job Summary* As a Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities. You will lead a team of housekeeping staff to ensure a clean and orderly environment for our guests or residents. *Responsibilities* - Develop and implement housekeeping procedures and standards - Train, supervise, and schedule housekeeping staff - Inspect rooms and common areas for cleanliness and compliance with regulations - Coordinate with other departments to ensure all cleaning needs are met - Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment - Handle customer complaints and special requests - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations *Experience* - Previous experience in housekeeping management or a similar role - Knowledge of floor care, custodial, hotel, industrial cleaning, or hospitality industry practices - Strong leadership and organizational skills - Ability to multitask and work under pressure - Attention to detail and a passion for cleanliness - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities This position offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced Housekeeping Manager to lead a dedicated team in maintaining high standards of cleanliness in our facilities.
