```Job Summary```
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee our hotel operations. The General Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the hotel, delivering exceptional customer service, and achieving financial targets.
```Responsibilities```
- Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, budgeting, customer service, and staff management
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase profitability
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Train and mentor staff to deliver excellent customer service
- Manage inventory levels and control costs
- Create and maintain a positive work environment
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the team to develop new policies and improve existing ones
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality management (preferred)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Proficient in order processing and inventory management
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
