Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our team in providing exceptional customer service in a hotel setting. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction. This position is for all three shifts.
Hours:
2nd Shift: 2pm-10pm
3rd shift: 10pm - 6am
Breakfast: 5am-10:30am weekdays/6am-11:30am weekends
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in/check-out process
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Assist with reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries
- Perform night audit duties as needed
- Laundry as Needed
- Testing the pool
- Cleaning Pool Area
-Maintaining a clean and organized lobby area
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately
- Other duties as assigned
Breakfast:
- Setting up the buffet breakfast for the day
- Keeping food hot and replenished during breakfast hours
- Taking everything down and cleaning up the breakfast room at the end of breakfast
- Other duties as assigned
Experience:
- Previous cash handling experience a bonus, but not necessary.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 32 per week
