The Position:

Working with 2-year-olds can indeed be a profoundly rewarding experience, contrary to the misconception that it may be challenging. At this pivotal stage of development, children are blossoming in their independence, honing their social skills, and navigating the complexities of communication and interaction with peers. As an assistant teacher in our older 2-year-old classroom, you will play a crucial role in supporting the lead teacher by fostering a consistent, engaging, and educational environment. It's essential to remember that during early childhood, the brain is in a significant phase of growth. Your contributions will not only assist in the day-to-day activities but also in laying the foundational blocks for these young learners' lifelong learning journey. This is full Time Assistant Teacher Position, hours are 4-10 hour days-7:30-5:30pm, pay is based on your experience and/or qualifications, position starts June 2024, and we have a full benefits package.
