This is a high-volume practice and requires the Billing Coordinator to be a multi-tasker with the ability to independently prioritize their own monthly tasks with little supervision. The billing coordinator must be a team player and have strong communication skills internally as well as with clients.
Responsibilities:
Complete management of daily and monthly billing
Review and edits pre-bills
Ability to execute complex bills in a timely manner
Review and verify accuracy of billing and supporting documentation as required
Research and respond to inquiries regarding billing issues and problems
Creates monthly reports
Qualifications:
Detailed, accurate and ability to reconcile high volumes of transactions
