Guardian Tracking System (GTS) Clerk - Casual Part-time
Job Posting for Guardian Tracking System (GTS) Clerk - Casual Part-time at County of Armstrong
This position will be one (1) day per week with the possibility of more hours based on workload. 7.5 hour days, Monday thru Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM.
Overall Responsibilities:
To oversee the Guardian Tracking System as State-mandated by Administrative Office of Pennsylvania Courts (AOPC) with the department. Confidentiality in the position is a must.
Other duties may include but are not limited to:
Received reports through the mail and input into the AOPC Guardian Tracking System (GTS), scanned and docketed; check GTS page to see if any new reports have been submitted; do initial review and accept; review reports and compare information in report to information in the file; send letters to guardians for delinquent report; notify guardians of any discrepancies with reports, make recommendations on file.
EDUCATION/TRAINING:
High school diploma or equivalent plus some clerical and computer training.
