Bartender - Cocktail Bar and Distillery Tasting Room

We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative bartender to make craft cocktails and classic cocktails at our Cocktail Bar and Tasting Room in Easton, PA. We a small batch distillery that makes its own vodkas, whiskeys, rums, gins, and more!

Compensation includes $10.00 per hour PLUS tips.

Our cocktail bar and tasting room is located in the Simon Silk Mill in Easton, PA.

Responsibilities

• Prepare creative craft cocktails for on premises and to go
• Educate customers regarding our spirits and sell bottles to go
• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
• Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
• Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
• Plan and present bar menu
• Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations

Skills

• Resume and proven working experience as a bartender or server
• Experience preferred but will train the right person
• Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
• STRONG attention to detail
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
