Job Description :As a Customer Sales and Service Representative at Countywide Auto Glass, you will play a crucial role in supporting our daily operations and ensuring a smooth workflow within the company. Your responsibilities will include:

• Responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner
• Providing information about our goods and services to ensure sale and scheduling
• Scheduling of appointments for glass repair and replacement services
• Addressing client complaints and concerns professionally
• Managing and maintaining records related to appointments, customer interactions, and service history
• Collaborating with technicians and the management team to optimize service delivery and customer experience.
• Managing inventory including ordering and tracking supplies needed for glass repair and replacement.
• Performing basic administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and maintaining a tidy workspace.
• Providing support to the team in various tasks as needed to ensure efficient daily operations.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-centric approach
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with computer software for data entry and basic administrative tasks
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• A positive attitude, team player mentality, and willingness to learn and adapt
• Prior experience in customer service, administration, or the automotive industry is preferred but not required. Benefits:
