What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cart Barn Attendant position at CourseCo, Inc?
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests with their carts and belongings
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and providing directions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of cart storage areas
- Retrieve and sanitize carts, ensuring they are in good working condition
- Assist with crowd control during peak times or special events
- Monitor and enforce parking lot policies to ensure a safe and orderly environment
- Handle guest complaints or conflicts in a professional and courteous manner
Requirements:
- Strong conflict management skills to handle difficult situations with guests
- Excellent public speaking skills to effectively communicate with guests and provide directions
- Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or guest services is preferred
- Experience working with children is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Knowledge of theater or events management is beneficial
- Lifeguard certification is a plus, but not required
- Exceptional customer service skills to create a positive experience for guests
