Courtly is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paid Search Associate to join our team. As a Paid Search Associate, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our SEM campaigns on platforms such as Google and Bing. We are looking for someone with a strong technical background and a proven track record of success in managing paid search campaigns independently.

Responsibilities

SEM Campaign Management

  • Develop and execute comprehensive paid search strategies to drive traffic and conversions.

  • Conduct keyword research, ad copy creation, and bid management to optimize campaign performance.

  • Monitor and analyze campaign data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.

Technical Expertise

  • Utilize advanced SEM tools and platforms to effectively manage campaigns and track performance.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in paid search advertising.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement technical solutions for campaign optimization.

Reporting and Analysis

  • Generate regular reports on campaign performance, highlighting key metrics and insights.

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign data to identify areas for improvement and growth.

  • Provide actionable recommendations to optimize campaign performance and achieve business goals.

Requirements

Technical Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience managing paid search campaigns, preferably as a sole lead.

  • Proficient in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other SEM platforms.

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign data to drive insights and optimizations.

  • Experience with bid management, keyword research, and ad copy creation.

Soft Skills

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management abilities.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
