APPAREL PRODUCTION ASSISTANT

Job Description: We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Apparel/Team Uniform Production Assistant to support our production team. This role involves a wide range of responsibilities related to the manufacturing of apparel and team uniforms. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, hard worker. attention to detail, organized, and reliable individual.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in coordinating and overseeing the production process to ensure timely and efficient manufacturing of apparel.
• Pick up and drop off goods and parcels.
• Collaborate with the production team to monitor inventory levels and manage raw materials and resources.
• Track and report production progress, identifying and resolving any potential delays or issues.
• Ensure that quality control standards are met at each stage of production.
• Assist in scheduling and coordinating work with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Maintain accurate production records and reports.
• Handle administrative tasks related to production, such as data entry, document organization, and communication with suppliers and team members.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and improvements in the production process.
• Overseeing, managing and organizing inventory

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant coursework or degree in fashion or production management is a plus.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Able to lifting up to 40lbs
• Previous experience in apparel manufacturing or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
• Able to handle high volume work environment.
